        Dr Laura Jones  Research Fellow, Division of Epidemiology and Public Health, University of Nottingham

        Biography

        Dr Laura Jones is an experienced post-doctoral research fellow working in the Division of Epidemiology and Public Health at the University of Nottingham. Laura currently runs a clinical trial to test the effectiveness of a multi-component intervention, which she developed with her team at Nottingham, to reduce children’s exposure to secondhand smoke in the home. Prior to her appointment in Nottingham, Laura worked as a research associate in child health at Loughborough University, where she was awarded a PhD in Human Sciences in 2008.
