        Steven Wyatt  Healthcare Policy Analyst, NHS West Midlands, Birmingham

        Fran Fahy  Specialist Commissioning Manager for Prevention, NHS Walsall

        Biography

        Steven Wyatt has managed analytical and commissioning support services for a number health and social care organisations.  He is currently employed by NHS West Midlands as its Healthcare Policy Analyst and leads on a number of projects including the development of tariffs and market rules for stop smoking services.

        Steven was awarded a Masters in Public Health from the University of Birmingham and a first degree in Pure Mathematics from the same institution.

        Fran Fahy is currently Specialist Commissioning Manager for Prevention at NHS Walsall. Fran chairs the West Midlands Lifestyle Consortium and is local implementation lead for PbR Tariff contracts for Stop Smoking and Stop Smoking in Pregnancy for NHS Walsall. Fran has worked in public health, health improvement and commissioning in the NHS for over 20 years and is an honorary member of the Faculty of Public Health. She has worked as an advisor to DH on various developments in health improvement and community development as well as working for Government Office in the West Midlands on learning and development for regeneration practitioners.
