Fran Fahy is the Specialist Commissioning Manager for Prevention at NHS Walsall. Fran chairs the West Midlands Lifestyle Consortium and is local implementation lead for PbR Tariff contracts for Stop Smoking. Fran has worked in public health, health improvement and commissioning in the NHS for over 20 years.
Fraser Battye leads GHK’s work on health and wellbeing. He has managed and directed numerous studies in this area for a range of clients including NICE, SHAs, PCTs and the voluntary sector. Fraser has a particular interest in formative evaluation and in health economics and its application to complex public health interventions.
