        Biography

        Tessa Langley studied Economics and Economic History at the University of Warwick before working in Brussels and Vienna. After obtaining a Masters degree in Public Health in 2009, she worked as a Research Associate at the University of Nottingham and completed her PhD in 2012.

        Howard is an economist with over a decade of research experience in quality research institutes such as the Institute for Public Policy Research (ippr) and the Institute for Fiscal Studies. Before leaving to found Landman Economics in May 2008, Howard's most recent job was Chief Economist at the ippr.
