        Abstract

Since their creation in 2000 Stop Smoking Services have helped thousands of smokers quit their habit, but have they become a victim of their own success? With footfall in decline and services under increasing pressure to act and operate like businesses, service providers need to work harder than ever to market their services and the help they can provide. Come along to the Johnson & Johnson Ltd. session to hear how collaboration with like-minded healthcare providers can change the way you think as well as reach and engage with smokers.
