        Biography

        Rosemary Hiscock has been working in the fields wellbeing and health inequalities since 1997.  Rosemary has explored various facets and measures of wellbeing including ontological security and social capital and has a current interest in the WHO_5 Wellbeing Scale.  Smoking is one of the leading causes of inequalities of health and Rosemary has explored the relationship between health inequalities and smoking through a review of international evidence on socioeconomic status and smoking, statistical analysis of English smoking prevalence by socio economic status and evaluations of Stop Smoking Services in the UK and New Zealand.
