Biography
I have been a Stop Smoking Service Manager for ten years. When I first joined the service, I knew very little about tobacco control and smoking cessation. It has been a real journey of discovery, and I am proud of our innovative team, who specialise in primary care, secondary care, pregnancy, mental health, workplaces, smokefree homes, young people, hard to reach communities, and much more. The front-of-house staff demonstrate daily their commitment to reassuring nervous callers that they will be helped to stop smoking, and it is a privilege to work with a team who look forward to coming to work.
