FILM SHOWING IN MAIN HALL - PHE conversation on use of nicotine vapourisers in enclosed public places: Independent expert video commentaries

        Abstract

Public Health England (PHE) is working to build consensus within public health and beyond around an evidence-based approach to use of nicotine vapourisers in enclosed public places and workplaces. In December 2014 - March 2015, PHE conducted an online discussion with stakeholders based around five draft principles to guide policies and practice.

PHE developed five draft principles which formed the basis for an online survey, framed as a 'conversation' on the evidence and its implications for policies and practice. To add depth to the debate, PHE invited tobacco control experts to provide independent video commentaries on each of the principles, either supporting the principle as drafted or suggesting improvements.
