        Dr Olivia Maynard  Senior Research Associate, School of Experimental Psychology, University of Bristol

        Biography

        Olivia Maynard is a Senior Research Associate in the School of Experimental Psychology at the University of Bristol. Olivia leads a programme of work in the Tobacco and Alcohol Research Group which focusses on developing interventions to encourage healthy behaviour change. In particular, Olivia is conducting eye-tracking research to examine how to increase visual attention to health warnings among smokers. Other research was some of the first to use cognitive neuroscience techniques to examine the effectiveness of standardised packaging for tobacco products.
