        Biography

        Jonathan Foulds, PhD. is a Professor of Public Health Sciences and Psychiatry at Penn State University, College of Medicine. He has published over 100 papers on tobacco in peer-reviewed scientific journals and continues to treat addicted smokers, teach on smoking cessation and conduct research on tobacco and health at Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA.
