        Biography

        Natalie Hinsley (MSc Health Psychology) worked in Tobacco Control & Smoking Cessation since July 2005. Natalie managed Coventry service since September 2008 and implemented West Midlands tariff scheme in the provider service. Stop smoking service integrated with Health Trainer service September 2010 and now responsible for Lifestyle services

        Hayley Sparks, (Health Visitor and Clinical Lead), joined smoking cessation October 2009. Hayley is integral to engaging primary care across Coventry, traditionally not delivering or engaged in stop smoking services; successfully implemented LES scheme and tariff sub-contracting scheme. In March 2010 ran awards evening to engage primary care for sub-contracts in 2011/12.
